I've been hard at work on bringing up my lats and quads for the past few months, but still not 100% happy! How much more needs to be added for my front double bi to look complete?

If you shirt said "who farted?" I'd say you were perfect, fuckface.

we have had this discusison buddy.

You're now wearing the "tankini" to cover up the gyno.

Just get the surgery! If you have time to post blogs on myspace, you have time to work part-time nights at a gym for 3 months and save up the $4k for gyno surgery. You'll be a great bodybuilder when you do.

PS... is it getting worse from that one M-1T cycle you did 5 years ago?

Sick build, if 240's right about the gyno get it cut out and you'll be very marketable.

If there's no gyno, don't wear tankini's, they're gayer than sergiopump.

You don't need to bring up anything...I say cut your drug intake in half and say fuck all to competitive bodybuilding...I bet if you could really get the truth from Ronnie Coleman, if he could do it all again, he would have called it a day in 1998...Ronnie 1998 to 2006 probably took 2 decades off his life...Your structure is better then Ronnies...So go do some acting or something and keep off the stage and stay healthy...

Dear adrain,

You look great and you are 90% complete bodybuilders on my eyes that I wish to look like one day. the other 10% percent I will give it to you once you take off your shirt and show me the whole package. I think your lats are okay. However, your great arms make your lats looks small though.

Keep up what you are doing and I am sure you will be 100% complete in the very near future.
