A couple summers ago when I first juiced. Was working at a rock quarry and got fucking ripped to shreds. Was working my balls off all day, like it was my last day on earth, then I'd hit the gym, eat, kick back and relax. Was never more shredded and jacked in my life.
I'm a lot bigger now and more complete. My lagging parts have been picked up immensely but I'm not as conditioned as I was. I'm going to get back to that conditioning and start dieting my way again. There are so many homos on bb.com and other forums that convinced me that the only way to get lean and hard was to be eating egg white omelets, oatmeal and dry chicken breasts 5 times a day but fuck that shit. I eat a lot of protein, carb up in alignment with how much physical exertion I've gone through, eat some veggies, eat whatever an "appropriate" amount of fat should be for that particular day and walk twice a day for cardio.
I experimented too much with structured diets from the internet. Funny thing is most people handing out advice never have any pictures. Dieting is all about eating sensible and having good intuition. I'm bigger than ever before without being on any drugs (except for slin every few days to carb up), and I'll be lean and big in no time. Do what works for you and not what people recommend.
