Darrem does look much improved. I think Hide arguably could be #1 (of course the judges won't place him there) - he looks to be the most complete to me, has the best conditioning, and compares very well next to Evan and Markus. Impresssive showing for sure! I am happy for him.

It's not just you. I see it too. His upper arms are shrinking. His triceps look to be non-existant. His legs have atophied A LOT too..

I totally disagree about his legs, which pictures are you looking at? He has the biggest legs on stage. Some of the hamstring shots from the side are absolutely sick.

His abdomen was always wide but has slowly gotten thicker, that I agree with. His triceps have also gotten weaker over the last few yrs, not sure why. Otherwise, Ruhl looks great...not incredibly aesthetic but huge piles of muscle everywhere and pretty darn good condition too.
