Cathy will be doing the 2009 NY Pro, just got off the phone with her and verified it, since her name is not on the official list yet. She signed the contract a few days ago, and she will be there.

Hello Friends and Fans,
As promised, I'm keeping you guys posted on my progress leading up to the NY Pro show.
My training is still hard, focused and intense. I hit my first workout with my good friend and training partner Edward. My second workout is done with Japanese Pro Bodybuilder Hide Yamagishi. We train very hard, but have a lot of fun. Believe me, my body hurts when we're finished
Since I'm presently cutting carbs, the training and cardio can be hard at times. But, Edward and Hide are keeping me focused and on track.
Overall, I'm excited and can't wait to compete at the NY Pro.
So, to all of my Canadian fans, New York fans, and fans and friends from all over, I can't wait to see you guys. And thanks for your love and support.
Now, let's go win a show
