two weeks and flat?  right on your doing your job!  hammer the "pancakes" to carb up and you'll be dialed! My trainer always had me do it the night before and then a smaller portion the day of and damn it worked!  I woke up looking jacked and veins galore!

yeah I am flat as shit too right now

I'll shitload for the show this time around  Cool

I know some people might disagree cause they have never put the doritos down for 5 minutes much less dieted but carbing with about 150g's (all from pancakes and tons of syrup  Tongue) the night before with a couple of egg whites and maybe a 6oz of water did wonders for me.  Last show I was ready to pull out night before cause I looked so flat, woke up after a nice z-bar (couldn't relax) and couldn't believe my eyes!  I'm by no means a "Milos" but hey, if I ever did a show again I would do it the same and maybe even try some more carbs...good luck!!! Wink

Don't forget some ice cold wine a bit before you go out...makes for a good time when you normally dont drink Grin

For the record, the "bbd" dieted down from 250 to 195!!! Shocked Shocked Shocked  Boy those where the good ole' days Cry

Good luck with that.

Arvilla looked much better than what I expected him to after seeing the 3 weeks out pics, he lost a lot of fat in a few weeks., with that being said, he didn't make himself justice.

With the first competition, he showed he can get into great condition.

That's something he should take comfort in.

He's blessed with fast metabolism (and discipline!). Perhaps you are too. Or not. I have no idea.

Good luck with the BB'ing.

WELL.................... ......when i lost the 70 lbs for the first show they all came up and had nice things to say!
now and then they say stuff like "you look great Mike" keep up the good work"
"when is the next show" it's a pretty positive enviroment

Doing one in march (national qualifer)

did a show in june (dieted for only 5 weeks ...looked crappy)
