There's been weird dream talk here before ~ anyway ~ I had a weird one last  night  

I dreampt I came down there to help you out with your diet.  Your apartment was on the first floor RIGHT ON the ocean ~ the waves just sloshed up into your livingroom.  Laura came home (in pig-tails) from work all perky and started making dinner.  All I remember is a huge-ass pot of spaghetti noodles (no sauce) and burnt garlic bread.  There were cartons and cartons of Winston's all over the place.

   seems high
not that it matters, but who's doing the pinching and are they experienced?  As long as it's always the same pincher and the numbers are going down is really all that matters, but 19 seems high.

but I wouldn't do a 7 site at this time (rarely is there a big diff from 3 to 7 anyway.
If you wanna do a 4 site, then eliminate the suprailiac and include the subscap.

Mike?,....do not take any criticism from Cheri!!! Not saying she won't steer you right but you do go out w/the lady & her feelings may interfere w/her honest opinion as to your condition. Maybe she can, maybe she can't but from what i've seen ppl. that are close to others in whatever endeavor they undertake are usually less critical than ppl. that have no emotional commitment to that person.Just my honest 2 cents worth in regards to that.
