Wow , finally you decide to lose your fatty body armor and get yourself in shape. Cool mike, I think you have great potential under all of this. Your upper body seem massive as a fuckin tank ...but your legs....are small. Work them hard and keep your good work. I really think you can do it and be a new Mike this summer. Good luck, by the way im dieting too for a contest and shit.....low carb+cardio+training is like hell.....but I FUCKIN LIKE IT

You should do 3-4 poses and take a snapshot, then the exact same next time and so on, then it would be easy to see the changes and compare (for example side chest or whatever)
