I'm starting to wonder if he might not have parkinsons.  He is like that in most interviews I've seen.  I remember Fox kind of rocking to hide it, I assume, in the same way--or maybe that's normal.  I dunno, just a guess

Something is definitley amiss with him....he closes his discussion by "threatening" CIA for tailing him in Cuba...Hmmmmm.. I think Jesse would be waterboarded if what he claimed happened..REALLY HAPPENED.
