Yeah I try and do treadmill (in the morning) twice during the working week (about 4k) - probably up the frequency a little as I've put on a bit of weight.

Im going to be a dieting authority here when I post pics after my cut, it's clear my program is superior to anyones here since ive gotten results people told me were impossible.

i'm always running...

...sometimes, at night, i don't plan on running but i say to myself, you know, you can fit a run in- then i run
