Yeah, supplements are pretty useless, except maybe protein powder because it only takes 30 seconds to make a shake and chug it.

I wouldnt care tbh as i would by buying things based on my own conclusions and research and goals. Not the advices from him. He might give me the wrong advices.

But many younsters will like to see a jacked guy, maybe some older guys liek to see msaller friendlier guys. Combination would be great
