late breakfast = egg whites, fried potatoes, juice mixed with protein, yogurt
lunch= 5 yogurts, protien shake, gatorade, more fried potatoes
just ate = 2 chicken breasts , 1 1/2 cup (uncooked) white rice, plus a big bowl of cherries(when i mean big bowl i mean a BIG bowl), and a gatorade.
in an hour or two ill eat a regular meal with some junk food.
