Is that the diet your doctor suggested for your HIV diet?

If I had HIV I would get a sript for steroids and diet would be irrelevant.

That's actually what I was thinking.  Leaning more towards low cal, but want to keep the carbs lower as well.

PS: Calfzilla+Ironneck+Webcke+RPF=A good night of posting.

do a low cal diet
cause you will get lean in no time when you stick to an under 2000kcal diet

Who doesn't when you're taking in less than your BMR? Adonis principles, etc.

Which is better for higher test levels?

I've been doing cardio and diet and lost a bit of weight but have no libido now   :-[

Up the carbs and protein. A real cheeseburger will do wonders. See a wavelength thread.

That is quite normal during any peroid of caloric restriction.  Don't worry about it.

when dieting your test levels are always gonna drop... dont worry it will come back up once you start eating normally. if you are really bothered by it, you can always supplement with tribulus terrestris and omega or fish oil caps. Besides that, adding cucumber 2 your diet, may help also as this elevates test levels.

I am on low calories at the moment, and at least for me it is easier to manage especially this time of year when there are barbecues etc. going on.  you can eat what everyone else may be eating, albeit much more restricted portions.

Ok, Thanks for the info. I'll give cucumber a try.
How long does it take for the tribulus terrestris to kick in?
