Favorite movie star or character physique? (film specific)

Either where you think they portrayed a character where they looked the best they ever did or when you maybe first got inspired to go to a gym, something like that.  Might need some time to even think about this myself.  Obviously many of Arnold's movies but for me Rambo II is what really first got me fired up for working out.  Stallone was probably bigger in Rambo III, but II was kind of where he really brought the physique to another level.  Pretty influential on a 13 year old.
