I went from weighing in the 280's to weighing in the 250's so I'm very excited to lose some blubber.  I partially tore my rotator cuff which sucked, sucked bad.

Great job on the weight loss, are you still dropping?  I hurt my rotator cuff once too and it took a few months before I could comfortably do all exercises again.
