will you be doing one-legged presses during your recovery 

maybe you could do an experiment, whereby you continue to train your good leg during the recuperation, then see how long it takes you to bring up the injured one when you're able. 

it would make a great photo journal and we'd all learn something in the process

Not that it makes a diff to us Americanos, but I think he's Chinese; or Taiwanese (if there's such a thing). And I think those guys used those flying stars.

I just used a pellet gun as a kid. Right smack in the head did it every time. Now they put you in jail for that.
