it was for the Met-rx with HMB

anyway, in that ad, it showed milos doing hanging leg raises with NO power lifting straps and NO "ab straps".  he was doing them with picture perfect form AND he was doing them continously- i was awe.....no homo

BTW - that was my REAL last contest I trained for - 1999 British grand Prix...placed 5th (ronnie/flex/kevin/dexter), beating Nasser (top 5 at the Olympia week earlier), Marcus...etc...
And same results were in Italy day earlier...
showing that European judges actually judge the show...don't give out placings in advance... ;)
