For real guys, all hate or joking aside, isn't this front double bicep shot simply amazing and flawless? Lots of mass, narrow waist, great taper, large separated quads, huge and detailed arms, awesome calves etc. If only bodybuilders today could emulate this.

Mid 90's Nasser was untouchable from the front, imo...great proportions and symmetry. Today's pros (on average) look like horseshit in comparison

What's wrong with how he's doing the front double bicep? And is there a written code that specifies how exactly the "correct" way to do it is?

Arnold's was great for his time, Ronnie's was amazing except for abs and calves, Levrone's was not that strong (relatively), Dorian's was only up there in 93, and Flex was narrow with no lats in this pose.

destroys is not even the word....ronnie in his prime was so far ahead of everyone else literallly in the history of mankind from pretty much every shot.......anyone who can actually argue against this fact is out of touch with reality....it does not matter if you are of middle eastern descent and you like nasser, or a white guy and like yates.....if you are truely being truthful with yourself ronnies domination will be readily apparent.

Actually there is one man who could've beeten a prime Ronnie Coleman imo, and that's a prime Flex Wheeler. But that's about it.
