Front Double bicep is the pose of champs....if done correctly, you can see the flaws Easy unlike other mandatory poses where you can learn tricks along the way to get away with crappy lines,symmetry,shape,balance etc...
In this pic, having Fists (hands) too close from head throw the perfection of pose away but that way you can "hide" few flaws like havin one arm bigger than other, gives the ilusion that since your arms are not completely apart your upper body is not fully extended therefore the damn wide waist.
