he has no cuts in the lower body at all

you have to see him in person to understand, you can't only judge by a picture
he is SUPER short, when you are short you look more impressive in pictures

Some people are afraid to admit they started juicing at a way too young an age.

Same as Lee Priest. His first cycle wasn't at 19.

Maybe they don't want to give other kids the wrong idea, or they are just ashamed in general.

If you asked Arnold I guarantee he would claim he started the drugs after he came to America, not at 13-14-15.

Might want to recheck the records for the teen division.

A 16 year old at my gym pulls 550 at 181 pounds and gets beaten at every contest at the state level.

I believe the WR is around 620.

I was around 190 when I did 530 at 17.
