I seen an episode of "COPS" that was featured on Russian police. They are brutal..lol

This one guy was standing in a public square, suspected of dealing drugs (a citizen notified them) and the cop runs up, jump kicks his ass in the gut and then proceded to stomp him.

The best part is..they guy was rolling his own cigs and didn't even have anything on him!!! The cops said "Fine, just go home...we don't want you smoking around here"..lol

Brutal.

most russian "cops" are paid by various maffias to secure their drug traffics and influences zones (esp. casinos).
Hence the use of unconventional means...

basically it's the law of the strongest that prevail in russia.
