Man am I the only one that thinks the grilled chicked tastes awesome?  Plus a breast and a leg is about 350 calories with 45 grams of protein, not too damn shabby.

I like it that kfc has the grilled chicken. Its a great alternative for when you are shopping around and you dont want to drag your food the whole time with you.
