when I don't lift I eat meat and fruit and veggies and ussually cooked food maybe twice a day ...
you have it backwards ... when I do lift and am on hormones I eat enormously .. and always struggle with my appetite
That's why I never lift and eat for more than 2-4 months consecutively ...in the past 6-7 years at least
maybe this current off season will last longer if I have enough motivation .. and will go beyond 225 ... but I'm afraid when I get really big my mouth will be running non stop
