Your cousin wasn't thrown out for being an American, he was thrown out for being an ass. I've visited over 30 countries, been out of the country on a few occasions in the last 8 years and wasn't treated any different than when I was stationed in europe for 4 years. It all just depends on how you act as an individual.

As for us facilitating who we want in charge of important countries, would you prefer there be "free" elections like in Iran?
