Guys, there is NO WAY the US govt is going to reduce the demand or dependence on oil! They simply make way too much money on the taxation of it.
And even if we 'suffered' for a decade, and had a few extra dollars in the end.... the system is set up so that someone will find someway to waste that benefit.... some airhead social program... or asanine govt contract...
