Yes i agree, taking a vacation after killing yourself in the gym for 3 to 4 months of dieting is a great idea.  I will be doing this again next year, but somewhere else.   Yes i plan on doing nats in 2010, and they actually take place right here in Saskatoon, so that's definitely is a plus too.

if you don't chain your self to a squat rack for the next 11 months you should be beat to death. seriously, you have the best genetics on here, and you could put 4 inches on your legs in less than a year. get to know some powerlifters or heavy squatters and team up with them on leg day.

if you don't build pro legs under that upper body it will be a total waste. you seriously have to transform your mind into someone who loves heavy leg training. your upper body will improve too because of it. you could be a national light heavy weight champ with legs to match that upper body.

Yes i will hammer my legs hard again this offseson, im going to start doing lunges, so far all iv done is squats starting in 2008, leg press, and hack squat. Im going to also start doing front squats, im also going to do more hamstring exercises, as all i do now is one exercise for hamstrings..

Don't know if i'll make it up to light heavy, as i would be at the bottom end of the class weight wise, so i would be competing against guys that are bigger then me.  Id rather compete as a middle weight and be at the top of the class weight wise.
