That is correct. A combination Levro-Dilletesque changes occuring as we speak. Just took in my last solid meal in 10 mins ago; 330g of protein so far, I'm guessing about same amount in carbs... another 40g before bedtime... |

My wife says her best trick is to use Vicks vaporub, let it sit for 5-10 mins, spray 3M's NextCare liquid bandage and optionally a little bit of baby powder. This works like a charm but tastes nasty if you are at the other end, which in your case hope is not a problem.  great tips King, thx you for this piece of wisdom. jt |
