Thanks to all you guys for some great suggestions.
We picked up a blender the other day and I've gone crazy with a number of Treations. At home, egg whites, oats, blueberries, and some natural peanut butter makes a naturally sweet-tasting meal that's very filling.
On the road, I'm going with whey-and-oats, with a couple of EFA caps.
I definitely prefer the homemade stuff to the pre-packaged products.
