No, cmon.  Calf implants are as easy to spot as breast implants on an anorexic girl-that's exactly what they look like.  His calves don't look even remotely fake.  Someone pull up that brutal pic from the back in '74.

He got it fixed for movies roles i hear. I didn't think roids made it grow, it was already big to begin with.

Pics of the right calf from late 1966 and the 1967 Universe. The shape didn't change, just the size. Could they have done that with implants pre-66?

arnold's calves were poor back in the nabba days not because of bad genetics but simply lack of training... he'd barely touched them.

once he got to america he trained them hard and they grew fast because he'd always had the potential for good calves.

implants back then would have looked so obvious.

Arnies calf shape and separation is the same in the pic from the 67 Universe to the ones from PI inthe 70s.So if Arnie had implants in the 70s that gave him splits and separation,how come everyone since who`s had implants has had smooth blobs.
