Most of the time im fucking digusted by women in the gym, their training is pathetic. The only woman i ever saw bench 135 in my gym was paralyzed from the waist down.

Yes brutal caring how women train, but im in a gym to train not to look how attractive the women are.

I can just imagine them now being scared of the 20lbs dumbells because they "don't want to end up looking like arnold".

Most do, but there is more to it for many. Like the challenge and rewarding feeling of testing yourself.

Good point :D Some might like the monotonous atmosphere of sweaty big men shouting without any hot chicks around ;D
