True. Yet when you people post pictures or give stats that would look somewhat like this (as I'm sure this guy is 250 or more as well) everyone goes 'huuugggee', even the ones considered experts.

My guess is this guy would indeed have to lose 100 pounds (if not more) to be stage ready
