500mg a week is a good starting point for someone new to AAS, who would like to see some decent results.

Dexter gave good advice, but sure if someone wants to be more cautious and take a bit less then thats cool too.

or les then 300mg a week is waist..+ you need to know that non gear have same mg as its write..like real sustanons 250mg/ml..when you take ester out..from 250mg you got only 176mg real testosterone..so with 2 amps you think you got 500mg..no,you got 352mg only
