i never really went to high and had plenty of time off in between, no doubt this helps and no doubt having a conservative approach to juicing hurt how far i went in the sport but i also had goals outside the sport and have no regrets. I never used more than a gram of test off season and pre contest for one show where i competed at 110kg i went as high as 2300mg per week last 4 weeks only im over 6 foot  which was mainly anadrol stan and cypt, never could handle the prop soreness.
If i use HRT now at 250mg every 10 days i put on 6 kilos above a natural weight. Have no long term issues had all the scans done including cal score tests and  various ECG, i think if you use responsibly with good breaks inbetween you will be fine unless there are underlying conditions.

So how do you feel on HRT and do you cycle off it?

i do cycle off but my bloodwork when on is the same as off, it helps me recovery wise i still love to train and can 5 days per week on hrt as opposed to 3 times per week without it. But it feels nothing like years ago, but i cleaned out for 4 years before coming back and trying HRT. I have done extensive bloodwork post bodybuilding and i can say, whilst i dont feel i abused in comparsion to most i honestly have had issues with my test levels being low even after using HCG and clomid, im not talking 4 weeks later, months later, i would love to hear more opinions from other guys and how their test levels recovered.

they lose everything they gained from the time they start juicing.

hth
not if they started juicing before they had reached their natural limit.

I agree with this. For example lets say my genetic limit is 215 lbs. That is if I put 100% effort into training, diet, recovery I can reach 215 lbs naturally after 10 years of training.

Steroids help you get there faster, and even bigger lets say to around 230-240 lbs. When off steroids even for years at a time, you should still be able to hover around 215-220 as it is your natural limit.

THe reason we see such a dramatic transformation amoungst bodybuilders when they retire is because they likley exceeded there natural limit by 70-80 lbs.

I kind of disagree. The reason the pro's drop a lot is other factors as well like not training or eating the same.

Steroids also take you to another level. Once you've built the muscle on them the muscle won't just disappear if you do what you have to to hold it.

My natty level is a joke (naturally, not juice induced).  I blow up like levrone (well...) on a dose of 250/wk, then slide back to tinytittedness over the next six months.  Honestly can't say if I'm any farther ahead than if I just plugged along drug free.

( I know its pathetic to bench more than you squat).

Yeah but you bench just as much, if not more, than most 400 - 500 squatters.

Just curious to all the former juicers gone natural, how big and lean were you at your best, and what are your current stats?

What has changed in your routines besides the drugs?

Thank you for you time.

This is getbig.  Anything under 600,563 lbs at 6 foot is considered borderline anorexic. ;D
