outside of yates and ronnie are there really any improvements in bbing?  jay, craig, lee, shawn, flex, chris and kev are better amateurs than any guys coming through usa or nationals in the last 5 yrs.  i guess you could say phil but it's more like jay give him the secret formulas or something.

i think flex lewis won't be at the show either.

It'll probably still be Havid Henry, then everyone else.

But maybe DH does the heavyweight class instead?
