Kai has cornered the market on the most size with insane conditioning since Ronnie left,

but I think Phil is just put together better and isn't far behind him with the mass/cuts combo

Phil can get drier than Kai too, which brings out a whole different level of detail. Kai's back is thicker and wider, but Phil's has more going on. Just about even on the whole.

No, Ronnie's structure was better plus he was a bigger individual to start with compared to both of them.

Kai is one of the best BBers in the world, his weakness is a short torso and the abdomen which makes him look too boxy IMO.

Phil heath does remind me a little of levrone, very classy physique with good shape and nice round muscle belly's.... Kai on the other hand is just a big ugly fucker, with a horrible and odd looking shape

Neither in the FDB. They are only insane in the Levrone pose and in the most muscular (like Kevins arms himself; they looked like nothing in the double biceps as well).

Well, Kevin's arms are equal to Dexter's in a BDB/FDB shot.....where as Phils are being dwarfed, great definition though

if kai has made crazy gains since the ASC and past phil slightly...dex will repeat if jay cant come in tight.

if phil is ready...then he starts his run as mrO. still think that's 2010. give him another yr. ami reps are readying this BS.

kai, vic, wolf or freeman will never place ahead of phil at the O until AMI gives him his 5-6 yr run as mrO.

if i was chairman of ami...everyone in the bbing division would get a pick slip if phil doesnt before mrO after dex and jay are gone or no more a factor.
