You eat what you must eat(6 meals of standard bbing diet) plus whatever you want(litelary,ice cream,pizza..whatever)!

But i was already training hard at that time.

Being big and fat is really easy. Thats why i was always saying that looking like Alex is not so difficult when people admired him too much.

I was really fat.

And I will tell you. I dont have any reason to pretend myself to be clean and try to be respected in the virtual place.
At that time, i was so busy and even i didnt take supps.
