Good view you have.
My upper body change drasticaly when i pump.
Todays pics were taken after the arm workout.
Thats why my arms look big.
Needless to say, when i do pecs, even more different.

Of course, there is more.
But normal trainee will end here if he trains with us.
Before this, we do extention and leg curl super setting 4 sets.
after squats, we do hack 15repsX4
after hack, leg press.... this is really disgusting 20X4sets.

The important thing is all performed till failure.
