Yes. But which is heavy for you.
If you see Other guy in the gym train with 200kg and posses big legs, it doesnt mean that you must lift same weight as him to get legs like him. Each of our body are different. Some are very good at squat and other are not.
I am just not good at lifting heavy like others. But I saw many bbers who can do heavier squat than me and their legs are smaller than mine.
So their legs need to lift more to look like mines. Just i dont need that much weight to develope my legs.
But dont get me wrong, its heavy
for me.
