Just proofs that drugs and genetics are basically everything in that sport, the rest doesn't even matter. Low rep, high rep, volume, hit, low carb, low fat - all bullshit.
Who has the right genetics and is on an adequate amount of drugs will grow anyway, no matter what type of bullshit he's training.
