I shook his hand and helped him into his car.

The man who was in the spot was some rich business man who thought he was special, no pun intended.

what if the guy in the bmw was just there to pick up his handicap daughter or wife ? or maybe he was just too busy making his next thousand to worry about what some freewheeler thinks.

what if the guy in the bmw was just there to pick up his handicap daughter or wife ? or maybe he was just too busy making his next thousand to worry about what some freewheeler thinks. 

Then he would have a parking tag, as you can get them for your relatives if you are not able to drive yourself.

This happen at a small local store and the handicapped man had to hobble his way 100 yards because not only was the BMW in a handicapped spot, it was parked slanted in TWO of them.
