There was nothing wrong with him, he was just born into a society full of shitty short people and couldnt quite adapt, he probably was malnutritioned to the max , not feeding the Wad-low potential

I think his condition meant he never hit puberty - his voice never sounded like it anyway.

Another documentary i seen said that he wouldnt have hit puberty
