I'm 5'9.  Trust me I was that damn fat.  I had to literally hold my breath when I tied my shoes
I've been dieting since Feb.  I didn't want to lose too much too fast because I plan on keeping it off permanently. I'm guessing I'll reach my goal around Nov-Dec.  I'm going to throw in 4iu of gh per day and up the cardio to 1.5 - 2 hours per day to bump things up in about a month.
