Yes, but he is only 76cm tall so that is only 4 feet tall so his little leggies must only be like 15 inches long.  His ROM is quite small, so I think he can do it.

I know a 17 year old who did 420 for 2.  @ 210.

I did 150kgx3 when I was 17. So yeah i'd say it's possible.
