No bullshit. Is it possible to walk into GNC or Vitamin Shoppe and buy a supplement that raises test levels for real?

No it raises test and actually raises estrogen too. Though the ratio does increase since test increases more. Lowers IGF-1 by 50%.

Pretty useless supp for muscle gain.
me thinks its good for fat loss muscle preservation though

Tribulus works, take 6 trib 3 x's a day and tell me you don't notice a difference

notice a difference in how you feel, maybe.  lots of herbs can alter your mood.

gain muscle mass, no evidence of that.

instead of  wanting to increase/reduce your hormones, why dont you just deal with em and be content with the way you are wired...
