im a tad over 6ft, when i was upto 20.7st, my arms were 19", and i was swimming in gear.... lean and contest ready they were a little over 18, maybe 18.7 at a push....

Of course my arms dont measure 19s in my contest condition.
now my arms are about 18.5inchs with around 10%BF. My arms become below 18inchs in the contest shape.

your arms dont appear to be very big at all tho, when short people as your self claim these things they usualy look huge on the short stumpy torso... i know of a few 80 and 90kg brit guys, 2 of which have very good arm genetics, and they both struggle to measure over 18, and there arms look stupid big compared to everything else...

I think there are two factors.

My arms are not in top condition.

And my back width is large. My back width is that of 90-100kg competitors(Paco says also).

Anyway I dont care if that is close to 19inchs or not. I need hard dryed arms like you more than soft 19inchs arms.

if youd of claimed somthing to do with your legs, id of bought it..... you do have good quads...

from your recent contest pics, the level in spain is very poor...... do the winners of the overall get a pro card or do they have to place in worlds to turen pro there?

Oh yes. I think quite opposite.
NPC level is under spanish level when it comes to condition.
I am a local bber. So dont compare with national.

But, dont underestimate spain too.

The first guy has beaten Silvio Samuel numerous times when he was still in Spain.

This type of physique is what bodybuilding SHOULD be all about, not the bloated messes we have today
