Massive G also advocated (unless he has changed) eating 800 grams of protein a day. gh15 does not.

All these myths - eat stupid amounts of protein, PCT, supplements work  , etc etc, gh15 debunks them, he knows his shit and it's not that hard to figure out who it is (or who he is pretending to be)
