When Ronnie competed in the 2000 Mr Olympia at 260 something, every one said there was no way he could possibly put on any more muscle on his frame, but we all know what happened.

Phil seems a lot like Shawn Ray in his approach to bodybuilding (training very hard, but not super heavy), while having Ronnie-esque genetics for being freaky and Wheeler-esque shape / roundness. Phil could become even freakier than Ronnie in a few years if he progresses at the rate he's doing now. And he seems to know what he's doing.

I beg to differ kiwi he doesnt have the structure to get to Ronnnies level

I have to agree; as much as I like Heath -- he will be Mr. O this year -- I can't picture him adding the 50-60 lbs it would take to match Ronnie's size.

I also like Phil a lot as a premier bodybuilder. But putting even 50 more pounds on his frame would make Phil look ridiculous and not in a good way. Ronnie had the frame to build on and Phil doesn't.  I mean imagine Phil weighing 270lbs. Contest weight and still keeping it all together with his frame.

phil doesnt need to add that much weight tho, he just needs to add a bit size here and there to even his physique out, a little more chest and back mass and he'l be a major force.....

To even compare Ronnie to someone in bodybuilding is an insult.

He is(was) THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME.

"Ronnie vs. Heath" - This thread should not even exist.

I agree..

Ronnie isn't the brightest man..

Heath gives the impression of being "intellectual" and wellspoken..

But we are talking physiques I assume?  :)

In terms of height and physique Heath would be closer to Flex and Levrone, in fact, he looks like a Flex/Levrone hybrid.

Agree with that. IMO Heath's either gotta get drier or even bigger to match Flex at his best or get closer to Coleman.

You're a little off there, as so many here are. It's one thing how he might come across but at the same time Coleman's got a degree in accounting that wouldn't be that easy to get.

heath is good, but he seems a little soft in some shots. great arms though, but odd looking chest.

he has a ways to go go catch King Coleman though

You have a point there!

But you have to admit that he sounds as an "stupid" individual.. can be the the Texas dialect.. :)

Having a degree in USA is not that hard to achieve.. no disrespect for you guys living in the US. (Depends on the "quality" of the university)

Where I live it's very hard to even get a degree, they have hard requirements - many from the US come here to study because it will look good on their CV when they will apply for a job.

But there is no doubt that the THE GREATEST knows how to handle his money and invest them.

PS. HE(ATH) WILL NEVER "CATCH" COLEMAN.

It will be hard for ANY bodybuilder to ever match Ronnie's size in his prime.
