I agree with this. Also some of that muscle isn't just from the rebound, it would be muscle you gained when dieting (just harder to tell because you are losing bodyweight). Once a year is a pretty good plan.

Here are a few that were photoshopped for me and had the lighting adjusted.

Exactly.... one thing im beginning to learn is the emphasis that is placed on glutes and im going to have to treat them like any other muscle group and train them just as hard.

Well, i dont see it as gay anymore. There was a time when there was alot of things i didn't like about bodybuilding. I remember when i didn't like the way modern pros looked on stage and i liked the classic physiques better but ive gained an appreciation over time for that different look and actually want to obtain it myself.

Very impressive. Just one suggestion:

The way you currently do the front lat spread makes your shoulders look more narrow. You're lifting them up and forward too much. I'd move your hands out a bit more toward your sides (don't worry about the waist, you have one of the smaller ones anyways) and slightly push back and down your shoulders and you'll look wider and more impressive.

They actually suggest i got with a more revealing cut because those made my waist look blocky so i might go french cut... im not sure yet. I have a pair but i don't care for them. I was told those made my waist look blocky.

Donrhummy, Great observation and I agree with you entirely. That lat spread shot can definitely be improved as per your recommendation and is the only pose that Leaf looks bad in. Great recommendation and I hope Leaf agrees and makes the necessary change.

As far as his trunks go ...... the trunks he wears in these photos look fine and I find it difficult to suggest a change to a "more revealing" pair.

Right now Leaf looks like the All American kid next door who is the neighborhood super hero among his peers! .... And that image should be adhered to.

I have to agree with Flexington regarding the 'Bob Paris' physique similarity. I met Bob when he was just starting to get serious about bodybuilding and have to agree with 'Flex' about that 'similarity'.

Kind of interesting here that us GetBiggers are supporting Leaf with words of praise and encouragement. Good to see that when this Board is usually so full of offensive/negative comments ..... deserved or otherwise.

Now we have to see if Leaf has the heart to become the best that he can be.

I see no limitations.
