then 1 day i walk in and it was planet fitness
all the dbs were by the door and they got rid of all the hammer strength machines and weights heavier than 40lbs

the owner of the gym is one of my best friends.when he sold to PF he had it written into the contract that I had a free lifetime membership.........I pay to go somewhere else

ok, that makes sense. I wash mine about every 3rd day or so. My scalp sometimes gets dry though, so every night might make it a bit too dry?

We would be in trouble the first day at the old gym.only 1 bench,one incline,dumbells don't go above 65lb,and no squat rack
they actually have an alarm that goes off if you drop weights or make to much noise during a lift
