3 to 6 months tops, hard to tell without knowing what rent incentives were contained in the lease, but i would say as soon as the bills start coming in, their days are numbered.

The concept is good and the menu looks great, but like you say, the name could be the undoing of it. I hope it does OK or they change things around a bit (esp. the name), so it doesn't fold within a year.

Isn't it like the second outlet of a franchise or something?

Couldnt have said it better, they most likely got a few months rent free to start them off.
I would seriously have them reconsider the name

So, Unless they change the name, they are doomed. Never, ever use 'Muscle' in the name....as someone else said, will keep MOST people (those with $$, not broke bb's) away

There are enough guidos and muscleheads in NJ to keep this place just above water. It won't be a money maker but it will survive.

Agreed.
BBing and it's BBer's are a niche market...the BBers may flock to it, but 2 out of 100 people is not a good demographic to try and exploit! Similar to hardcore gyms, it might be a good idea on paper, but for making money it's not even a decent idea in todays world.
