Training in a health spa with a white towel around your neck is kinda gay.

He lack's intensity, compared to guys like Branch and Kai he is soft. His biceps look much improved but is it synthol or muscle, we need some professional input because I'm not sure. He does squeeze his back muscles so his form is good but he looks like he is capable of lifting WAY more weight and doing more reps. Other then that he looks huge and if he gets dry full and ripped he can definitely win the O.

Jay is massive, nobody can touch his lower body, its his chest, back, and biceps that worry me. Not enough vascularity in arms and chest and wide but not enough detail in the back. If and only if he changes that posing routine and changes that side chest pose. Definitely top three, well will have to see the rest. I cant imagine Heath in third and Kai in second with Jay winning unless his weak points are improved, he could fade to 4 or 5. Hell, they could give it to Branch...
